A licensed principal with a Master’s in Secondary Education, Nicole is passionate about helping schools thrive and supporting leaders in building sustainable systems. Based in San Antonio, Texas, she enjoys life with her husband, a school leader, and their three children.

She brings a solutions-oriented approach to her work and is committed to ensuring every leader she works with has the capacity to focus on what matters most, supporting students, staff, and school communities. Having recently moved to Denver, CO, she enjoys spending time outdoors exploring with her husband and three sons.

Nancy Leon
Account Manager
Nancy Leon has spent the last 13+ years working across education, data systems, and strategy, basically helping things run smoother and smarter. She has led all kinds of projects, from school-wide initiatives and compliance reporting to managing budgets and working closely with staff and families. She was part of the founding team at a Houston-area charter school, where she helped build a lot of the operations from the ground up.
She is a proud first-generation Latina and college grad, now working on her MBA. She is especially passionate about supporting other first-gen students and making sure they feel seen, supported, and set up to succeed.
Outside of work, you can usually find Nancy hanging out with her husband and their two boys—they're big on family time and love taking trips to Disneyland whenever they can.

Based in Austin, Texas, Rae enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dog, River, and being near the water whenever she can.

Missy uses her gifts of organization and prioritization to help school leaders rein in their workloads and re-focus on what matters most, impacting students. She lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband and two daughters.

When it comes to maximizing your time, it is important to have someone detail and solutions-oriented on your team so you can focus on your priorities and leave the logistics to them. With over 12 years of operations experience for leadership training and education organizations, Stephanie is uniquely positioned to support the CheckBox Pro team and school leaders in improving their efficiency through well-designed systems. She combines her strong organizational skills and passion for helping school leaders improve education for all students to provide high-level operations management and execution, no matter what’s thrown her way. Stephanie lives in Boston, MA, where she enjoys going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.
